  • While you own the final product, we retain rights to our AI generation technology
  • We do not guarantee specific results or artistic outcomes

4.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or request generation of content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains explicit adult content
  • Promotes hate speech or discrimination
  • Violates any applicable laws
  • Contains malware or harmful code

5. Service Usage

  • You agree to use the Service for personal or authorized commercial use only
  • You will not attempt to reverse engineer the Service
